First of all i would like to know is the surgery closed in the evening? The phones are turned off you cant get through which is so frustrating you can literally try all evening and no answer! If the surgery is closed could you please update your website so all us patients are aware and then we wont bother ringing the surgery. I am not the one to complain but its not just me my whole family is experiencing the same problem which from a patients point of view is not acceptable. When we do come in all you witness is shouting, laughing, running around inbetween patients the experience is like being in a Kindergarten than a Gp surgery.. the atmosphere is not professional at all... l hope somebody in the practice who is taking lead could please act upon this. So not pleased especially with the phones being turned off in evenings.
