I am very happy with this surgery. I am newly registered and I’m very impressed with the services they provide. Straight away I got a check with nurse and afterwards I got to see the doctor. Whe I came to register the ladies at the desk was very helpful and very kind to me. Glad I have registered at this practice and I have told my friends and family to join this practice. Everyone so nice and welcoming.

I came to see the doctor a few days ago and I was very impressed with the treatment I got from the doctor he didn’t rush me at all spend time with me. The receptionist on that evening was very professional very respectful, helpful, kind, she help me with a very difficult query which I was very happy about the way the query was dealt with when I left The surgery . I rang in the morning and I’ve got an appointment on the same day I never have any problems getting appointments or getting through on the phone. I haven’t been to see the doctor for awhile when I came in it was a completely different Surgery very clean New flooring new walls absolutely beautiful. Nothing is too much for the surgery and I would definitely recommend everyone to join.

Phones are always off i sympathise with patients like me who desperately need to see speak to someone can never get through especially in evening. Experience for me at the practice hasnt been good unfortunately, i have been a patient there for numerous amount of years and now i think its time to look for another surgery. Doors are closed when other surgery doors are open basically it is always closed mainly in evenings. Mostly in evenings there is no staff nobody there because of that reason i have had to go urgent care centre because my gp practice is closed on a weekday. When i have walked through the main building doors the other surgerys are open only this one is closed. Alot of other mutual friends are experiencing the same its not very good.

I came in for a private letter and the way i was spoken to i cant explain they way i was spoken too such an unprofessional approach by the indiviual it left me in tears, embarassed and insulted. There was patients in the building and everybody could hear the way i was shouted at and spoken too i was very very upset with that. I walked out of the building crying it was a unpleasant visit all i came was to pick up a letter that i requested for its not that i had it for free i paid money cash in hand. Left me feeling very sad.

Had a talk with receptionist during a morning phone call on my concerns of my health matter, was asked to send a photo and was told to wait for a phone call consultation with doctor during the day , spoke to doctor and doctor asked me to come to the surgery straight away for me to be accessed. Had a very good experience with my GP who examined and explained things to me and didn’t rush , receptionist on the desk during that evening was very friendly and pleasant on my appointment, no other patients in surgery as it was almost closing time, surgery clean and covid safe With GP, and myself using face masks , so my overall experience was excellent

Im sorry but i do think as a patient i have every right to bring this up. So i was ringing the surgery on behalf of my wife who is very ill i started ringing at 3:30 pm i have it all in my device and there was no answer approximately for one hour so I disconnected the call and made a trip to the surgery. On arrival the door was locked, lights were switched off I knocked the door and nobody came to the door, i stayed there for a ten mins and im actually very suprised to say this that i could see somebody hiding but did not acknowledge me. It made me very upset that i had to experience this. Will look for another practice now.

I would say that this is the best surgery in Walsall. I can say I have had the best experience possible. I had a mental break down and many family issues and this surgery saved my family and my life. The young girl at reception saved me from death. I rang the doctors and the young lady told me to come in straight away as she could tell I was not in the right mind set. The doctors was there for me helped me with my mental health referred me straight away got an appointment and was dealt with very quickly. They have save my life and my family life as well. Thank you so much I’m here because of your surgery. The receptionist do not get the recognition that they deserve,they work so hard and you can see that, they do the best job.

I have been registered at this practice since I was young. I am very happy with this surgery. I work and I get to see the doctor in the evenings and I am very happy. The reception are fantastic especially very understanding that I work and always accommodate my needs, never have a problem to get through on the phones. They always sort medication out without any hassle. The surgery looks very clean, I came a few days ago and the doors are always open and the receptionist is always welcoming. The doctors are so good have time for you and they never rush you.

Me and my family are newly registered at this practice I recommend this surgery to all patients. When I walk through the doors me and my family always have always been welcomed but with a big smiley receptionist and greeted very nice, they are always helpful. The doctors are fabulous male and female. My family and I are very happy with surgery. The receptionist always go out of there way to help my parents who cannot speak English which I find brilliant as you do not get that in much surgery’s it’s a family orientated surgery which we are very happy. I understand that doctors are extremely busy but whenever I phone I get straight through on the phone lines they answered pretty quick, my previous doctors I would be on the phone for hours and you still on the phone trying to get through. Treatment is fantastic. I would recommend to everyone.
