    I was prescribed the wrong medication twice. After speaking to a member of the practice on the phone both times, I was then given a prescription for anti histamines (!) instead of my regular anti depressants. I have been on this medication for almost 10 months so should be no issue providing the same treatment, yet I have gone to collect my new prescription I have been provided with anti histamines? When I’ve tried to discuss this with the practice I am met with not a care in the damn world, no empathy and not even an apology. I need that medication to be able to function, and as it’s quite strong going cold turkey for a few days is detrimental - something they didn’t care about when they wouldn’t provide the correct medication for several days afterwards. Absolutely apalling behaviour and treatment. Do not register here.

    I have been with this practice for many years and have several chronic illnesses, making my medical history more complicated. The GPs and staff in general have always been really helpful and always speak to me, even if it's through a telephone appointment, to try and help me with whatever issues I'm struggling with from my chronic conditions at the time. This has been invaluable to me (and I'm sure many others), and has given a lot of reassurance to me if I have a major change in my health and need access to care. The staff are friendly and professional, but approachable and make it easy to discuss any issues and it is easy to reorder prescriptions, particularly ones needed on a regular basis.

    The service used to be good, it’s gone down hill and it’s hard to get an appointment. Basic tasks such as repeats are hard to get because they limit the amount of “tickets” that can be raised during a day - so you have to be on the portal at 8am otherwise you can’t get one. Seem to struggle with admin, records, repeats, odd and strange notifications. Face to face appointments are basically impossible and help/responses are really inconsistent (multiple people I know are registered here) - will seek to leave the practice.

    We have a 8-week old baby and the registration and vaccination appointment booking experience has been appalling. We had the fill in the online registration 5 times with no call back before filling in the paper form 6th time to get the child registered. Following this the appointment for vaccinations and initial inspection for mother and child which were due at 8 weeks only got given at 12 weeks. On the day the of appointment the appointment time was missed by 90 minutes which is a nightmare to wait in a cold waiting area with a new baby.

    Good afternoon, Thank you for your feedback. I apologies for the delay in you getting your first appointment and your baby registered. We usually register all patients within 24 hours and all Post Natal checks are done at 6-8 weeks along with baby Imms at 8 weeks. I am sorry this was in your case delayed, please can I ask you to email me your concerns rebecca.donohoe@nhs.net and I can invesigate this further.     Worst service i’ve ever experienced at a GP. The stress and upset I’ve been through by being registered with them in the last 2 years has been truly awful.

    Called with a sensitive issue that I was obviously concerned about. Receptionist was dismissive and was not empathetic to the matter and was rude when answering my queries. Very disappointed. Staff need to have training on communication skills.

    I called to try and book an appointment in advance, to which I was told all of the appointments are gone today and only do same day appointments over the phone. To which I explained my patient access wont link online how do I get a registration letter etc, and i was told to ignore this and use the askmygp service between 8-8:40 which isn't an acceptable solution for simply wanting to book an appointment in advance and I refuse to believe there is no other way to get an appointment for the future? The lack of listening skills and poor attitude shown over the phone by the reception staff was astonishing and seemed to want to get me off the phone as soon as possible rather than help me solve my query. Also the website states "Appointments can be pre-booked up to 6 months in advance and can be booked with our reception team on 0161 819 4790 or at reception. You can book and cancel appointments online via the link at the top of this page; please contact reception to get your unique user name and password so you can gain access to the system." and if this is false then it needs updating ASAP.

    Great service always from the GPs and staff at the clinic. Very responsive practice and dealt with issues swiftly. Highly recommended
