    having had a heart attack six years ago, I was concerned when recently I had one more less serious attack [ for which I went to A&E ] and two smaller related symptoms, the result from A&E was nothing found to be wrong, but I was still concerned so thought it would be best to see a doctor in case it was something else, no chance, I was only offered a telephone consultation which was to be in a weeks time, I took the call which was almost an hour after the booked time and not at all helpful and being told that it was probably a muscle spasm and to go to A&E if it happened again. What you have to do to actually see a doctor or even get an appointment I do not know

    Dear Mr King Thank you for your feedback regarding the service provided at the surgery. I am sorry that you do not feel that this has not been adequate. I apologise that the call came after the expected time but unfortunately the Doctors do not always run to time if dealing with other patients. Could you please call the surgery and ask to speak to the Operations Manager to speak about your ongoing issue Kind regards Cher Cooper Operations Manager

    I called at 12h00. I was 8th in the queue. At 12h45 I was 6th in the queue!!!! Really!!! I only moved 2 spaces up in 45 minutes. What are they doing..... have a catchup chat to every patient. Highly unlikely! How long does it take to answer the phone, pull up the details and tell the patient no appointments are available! About 60 seconds! I put the phone down as my lunch break was over and going at that rate I would be on hold for another 2 hours! Pathetic surgery. Employ more staff to answer the phones for goodness sake!

    Dear Patient I am sorry for the service you were provided at the surgery and with the phone system. We have now changed our supplier and are hoping this has rectified some of the issues Kind regards Cher Cooper Operations Manager
