Prompt offer of a next-day appointment when I developed toothache, very efficient time-keeping, I was seen and dealt with quickly and efficiently. The staff are pleasant and friendly.

I did not have to wait long but still received an apology for the short delay. My dentist is polite ,efficient and gives me all the information I ask for.

Hygienist service was great but the practice as a whole isn’t good…… customers are expected to leave a £30 deposit when rebooking. Probably going to change dentists because of their poor customer service

Thought I was going to have it extracted but after my dentist examination and he explained to me that the gum all around the broken tooth was good he said that he could make it good by repairing it with a filling also matching up with the other teeth . When he showed me what he had done I was very pleased and told him what a good chap he was and good job he had done , and thanked him for advising me to have that done , xxxxx

Seen on time. Very pleasant dentist who did a very good check up and also cleaned some plaque from my lower teeth. A dentist hadn't done that for about 20 years, very refreshing.

I arrived on time but unfortunately in the wrong month however the receptionist spoke with the dentist and they fitted me in for my check up there & then even though they were really busy. Thank you

The new dentist was a breath of fresh air. I only hope he stays and that i will see him in 9 months as planned. Also the new receptionists seem very professional and friendly. A very pleasant surprise.

I have been registered with the Wootton Dental Practice since January 2015 and have found the dental treatment to be of the highest order. The receptionists are also first class.
