I was few mins late, receptionist were kind & understanding as it was a one off. I was allowed to park in front to allow me to attend slot v grateful. Only one thing that could be more helpful would be a clearer sign on the pricing structure as it's not heavily explained as well as it could be. Other than that service was excellent just one niggle which can be easily resolved, I feel.

Although an unpleasant experience of getting a composite filling. The dentist and hygienist were always asking if I was okay, helpful in answering my questions and explaining as they went along.

Receptionist was very efficient I left a voicemail and call was returned within a few minutes she was very helpful and polite and managed to book me an emergency appointment for later the same day . Although I had to wait as my appointment was delayed the dentist apologised, you have to expect this anyway. Dentist explained about my problem although there was nothing she could do she offered to direct me to a specialist who could . I have been using winnershe dental practice now for several years as all my family does and we have no complaints, always friendly and efficient.

Receptionist friendly and competent. Dentist and nurse, friendly, kind, thoughtful and knowledgable. Gave me choices and talked to me and explained everything

Chipped edge of tooth filed down and retainer wire that was sticking out at right edge filed. However had to have a replacement retainer fitted Sept 2023 at an extra expense following C Fast treatment 2019/2020. Do not expect this one to fail or wires to dislodge. The initial treatment was not cheap. Slightly disappointed with this.

Dentist managed to fit me in at short notice to repair a cap that was displaced, applied a temporary fix and given me a plan with appointments to complete the work in the new year
