   We had an appointment booked for a Friday, and after being given news of a bereavement in the family on Thursday, we attempted to rearrange our appointment to spend time with our family and we were told we either had to attend the appointment or we will be struck off the dental register. The receptionist was not only uncompassionate when I explained the situation but rather rude in not at least offering to solve the issue, instead we were only given the ultimatum of being struck off the dental register or not be there for our family in a time of need. Thoroughly dissapointed.
