I called to request an appointment to clean my teeth, they made me wait, they directly told me the price, when I told them that I would like it under NHS, they asked me for my personal information, then they told me that they do not accept new patients, which I informed him that the NHS website says that they do accept, which the receptionist tells me that the information is not correct, it is not updated, and that I should search and call other sites.

I was seen at the exact time of my appointment and was welcomed by a very friendly receptionist. The dentist was very professional and the whole place was very clean and they really do prioritize hygiene. I have had a wonderful experience over the many years that I have been going there and would have no hesitation in recommending my friends and family to this practice.

Must say they are a credit to the dental profession all the staff made me feel welcome and value my treatment was carried out in a professional manner first class service from the front receptionist the dental nurse assistant and the dentist. would recommend them to anyone seeking dental advice or treatment. like to say thanks again to everyone there.

They was Friendly and kind Very helpful with the pain in my mouth it calm down a lot I will recommend the dentist to a friend and family member And I would like to register with this dentist

I called the Practice they don't accept new nhs patients. I finally got appointment via 111. While I was waiting asked receptionist about registration and he sent me back to sit down on an impolite way. The Dentist even could not say hi and starring me as he angry on me. He wasn't informative at all feel like he ignored my symptoms. I have sever gingivitis amd I gave birth recently. Service should have been free for me. He sent me to go to a private dentist for cleaning my gum and after a long conversation he offered a scaling there for 80 pounds. It is the highest on the market....

111 got me a appointment their I'm was in so much pain and what a lovely dentist made me feel at ease and took my tooth out and I'm didn't feel a thing I'm was so scared because I'm don't like going dentist but want say a big thank you to 111 and the dentist Theresa Vaughan
