I’ve had to change practices as phones are never answered or messages responded to. I had to book follow up treatment but have been in unable to get through to do so. Ive left answer phone messages as per the instructions. I’ve now reached a point of giving up and have gone elsewhere. I think the practice has taken on too many new patients resulting in poor service.

My mother recently had a new set of dentures fitted at Wigmore Dental Practice. This involved several visits: great care was taken by the dentist to ensure that the dentures fitted perfectly and my mother is delighted with the results. The dentist was very patient, took the time to explain options clearly, listened carefully and answered my mother's questions fully. He obviously cares about providing the best service for his patients. My mother's very positive experience reflected my own extremely positive experiences at the practice, where I am also a patient with the same dentist. All the staff at the clinic, including the dental assistants and reception staff, consistently give an excellent service: they are kind, friendly, very accommodating, professional and efficient. We are very grateful and would not want to go anywhere else for dental treatment.

Absolutely wonderful treatment recieved for my children and myself since being here. The dentists all experienced and not just out of dental school like the last dental surgery i was at, where the young dentists were being steered by the owner into suggesting treatments that were not needed. All the staff here are great from the top down. I have a wonderful dentist now and it's a pleasure to come here to see him. I would highly recommend this surgery for all. My children were scared due to experiences at the previous place and the staff are so friendly and caring at Wigmore they feel at total ease now. This is how all nhs dentists and even GP surgery and staff should be. Well done all and thank you.

I visited this practice several times and have always come away dissatisfied with service. At my lasted appointment I arrived in good time and wasn't too concerned when the previous patient was 15mins late coming out of their appointment. The dentists and nurses then chose to spend the next 10 minutes chatting, laughing and joking while I sat waiting. At best this was unprofessional at worst downright rude. As I had a later commitment I had to leave without seeing the dentist. Following several cancellations and poor service I would not return to this practice even if they were offering free service. I could add comments on my experiences over the last three years, all unsatisfactory but I feel I have wasted enough of my time at this surgery. Todays experience was the last straw. Do not go there!

i phoned this practice today , as a new patient, i found the receptionist most helpful and friendly, got an appointment next day, thank you.
