I have went for an emergency appoinment due to the infected toothace. But the dentist given me the medicine not available on most of the pharmacy. Also didn't clean up my infected tooth. Instead said make an appoinment for the proper check up. They can only give 10 min appoinment for NHS patients.

I attended a appointment to see, the hygienist. The hygienist was friendly, welcoming and professional. I am a nervous patient! I got through the treatment, ok. I would highly recomend.

I recently rejoined Whitestar Ilford after a period of many years. I had an initial checkup in August and a long overdue clean in September, and was happy with their professionalism, sensi le advice and the effective deep clean they gave my teeth. I will be returning.

The Dentist was Patient focused, she was thorough in the tests and examination, she has very good dentistry expertise and keeping the focus on patients wellbeing whilst being examined and keeping the patient calm and informing and keeping patient aware of requirements during the procedure. Very good Dentist indeed.

I went there thinking the real service may not get done due to wrong timing etc, I was amazed, because the Dr was amazing and very understanding and had noble intentions to do her job well . really respect her for being so understanding and professional and effective
