Always a very efficient courteous experience. Everything explained and the opportunity to ask questions and ensured I’ve understood my treatment. My dentist is always pleasant and always makes sure I’m comfortable at all times.

Just 15 days ago I had a filling done because I had a broken part and I had a piece of part that caused me a lot of pain. Now 15 days and the work they did for me broke. Also add that the place and the tools look dirty and do not give confidence.

Really disappointed by the service I had today. I went onto the white star website, read up on a general cleaning then called up and made a booking. Clearly asking for everything included except for whitening, while in the chair the hygienist mentions additional cleaning which cost £x amount. However on the website this additional cleaning is stated as includes or ‘incorporated’ according to the website. Afterwards I had to pay for what was clearly listed on the website as incorporated , the manager mentioned the prices are not listed anywhere on the website which leads me to believe that this company can freely charge whatever they like, as there is no proof. The website has no prices and they charge whatever they feel like. This is wrong and I guess persons in the area don’t have many options so they are taking advantage. After pointing this out I was banned from every coming to the dentist again, how professional and not a sign of being caught red handed. With the cost of living and inflation on the rise no one company should be allowed to make a Monopoly of the dentist industry as the medical field is not really an optional industry for most, unless your dealing with aesthetics Not to mention another two persons complaining within an hour about separate issues. There is a reason why this company does not have a Trust Pilot Page

The Dentist and her assistant were very plesent gave a warm welcome to me and my daughter .The treatment was excellent care.she called us in time,even my daughter appointment was booked one hour later than me but she did us together save our time. Excellent treatment no comments. Thanks

Polite reception staff, helpful, appropriately friendly and kind dental staff. Tooth extraction was done efficiently but with support and sensitivity. Kept fully informed both before and during procedure.

I saw very lovey dentist who put my mind to rest because I am going away and this toothache that I had was worrying me. Although had to see her for private treatment because they’re not accepting new NHS patients at the moment but best money I ever spent. I can go on holiday rest assured.
