  1. Review titled Unproffessional and rude staff

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 23 April 2024

Booked a hygiene clean with them for my disabled mum came in on the 11th of april to find the lift broken was rebooked for the 23rd of April called them to check if lifts are now working and was told the lifts are not working and I have to repay to book another appointment. Explained to the staff that we told the reception my mum is disbaled on the 11th of april and they should of called and informed us yesterday that the lift is not working if that was the case instead she blamed me for not calling yesterday to rebook the appointment. Despite explaining that the person who rebooked us on 11th of april told us she will make a note my mother is disabled on the system failed to do so it is there mistake and we shouldnt lose out on our money she was very rude and kept saying it is the patients fault for not calling a day in advance. This is not acceptable the mistake was made by the careless staff members who didnt update the information so why should a disbaled person lose out on their money. Very disappointed at this behaviour by the rude and careless staff who are very unhelpful and discriminate towards disabled patients.

  3. Review titled Poor customer service

Rated 1 star out of 5

Registered patient. Called to book myself in to be seen by a hygienist before a certain date, the receptionist that I first spoke with told me that there were no available slots..fair enough..I said that I will have to go elsewhere in the meantime as I need a certain procedure done before a certain date..and as I was speaking without listening she shut the phone on my face. Immature and unprofessional. I have had positive experiences at this practice but up until today I will not be spending a penny on such pity behaviour, and I will definitely be mentioning the treatment I received today to my family and friends who go there!

  4. Review titled Wonderful dentist

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Patricia Evans - Posted on 27 June 2023

Having had a very bad experience with my last dentist, lack of good dentistry and inflated prices, I can not recommend this practice highly enough. From the reception staff to the hygienist to the dental nurses and the dentists themselves they are professional, caring, understanding and helpful. I thank them all.

  5. Review titled Never answer the phones

Rated 3 stars out of 5

by Frustrated - Posted on 15 June 2023

Been calling for over an hour and just been waiting on the phone for someone to answer. Have sent emails, waiting to see if I get a response. If not I’ll have to go there to book appointment when I have time off work.

  6. Review titled Bad experience

Rated 2 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 10 May 2022

After some good experiences at this dentist, I was surprised and disappointed to have a bad experience. I had taken my toddler to the dentist for recent concerns I had and the dentist made me feel stupid for bringing her in. The dentist made me feel as though I should have known better (why should I when I am not a professional in this field?), kept interrupting me and was dismissive of my concerns. I found the dentist be unprofessional and totally lacking in empathy.
