The fact that they had forgot about me. I booked in with the receptionist 10 mins early. 10 minutes later than my appointment the dental nurse comes over and asks me my name and the dentist hadn’t been told was there

Only issue is when the receptionists keep calling me for reminders at 8.30/9am!! I've told them and it's on their system that I work nights so sleep in the mornings! My appointments are always mid afternoon so stop the early calls. Please resolve as ongoing for years!!

I've been with this surgery for over 40 years now and I've never had a problem, my Dentist is very helpful and always give me good advise on keeping my teeth and gums in good and healthy condition. Keep up the great work you all do and thanks ? ?

Receptionist very helpful and friendly. My dentist is so gentle, kind and reassuring as I very much dislike visits the dentist as had awful experiences when I was a child.

I did not have to wait long, the nurse and the dentist were extremely nice, the dentist did the examination very carefully, taking in concideration all my worries. I am very pleased with my dentist.

This is my second visit, both appointments went smoothly. Friendly environment with very good service, the dentist that checked me was personable and very gentle, probably the best,I ever have . Great dental experience
