Visited today after an abcess and infection on my gum which needed an extraction and a false tooth added to my denture plate. The Dentist was absolutely first rate making me feel relaxed and welcome at his practice. Two small injections to numb my gum and 4 minutes later he extracted the tooth within 10 seconds. The receptionists and dental nurse are also so kind and helpful. I find it a pleasure going to Westbury Dental Practice. Thank you All.

I have been a patient with this practice for many years with my family. Since Covid it is like we have been abandoned and forgotten about and feels like it is because we aren’t private patients. I have left messages for appointments and this morning I have tried calling again, after 9am and it still goes to voice mail. Myself and my family need to see dentists and feel ignored.

Haven't been able to get an appt. for 6 months as keep getting cancelled and the last time we were cancelled was 30 mins before the appt. which we were on our way to, and were not very apologetic.

Dear patient Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you are having trouble accessing our services. We only cancel patients appointments at short notice should there be a clinician off with sickness at short notice and as much as we can we try to gave patients notice of this. Staff should always remain respectful should be need to do this and sorry if this has not been the case. I will discuss your review with the team members with a view to learn from it. Wow what wonderful reception from lovely receptionist so cheerful and helpful in every way. Lovely smile polite and so helpful. The dentist himself absolutely amazing looks after you and very kind and considerate. Doesn't rush takes his time explaining everything and very kind a true gentleman.
