Careful and thorough assessment and treatment. Extra effort was expended arranging an attendance to insert a crown in time for my departure on holiday.

On 30.01.23 I had an appointment @2pm unfortunately I could not attend due to having a positive Lateral Flow Test for Covid as soon as I got the result I emailed Westbridge to cancel, they replied as I didn’t give 24hr notice plus I cancelled before due to flu (02.12.22 was appointment) so I have two cancellation therefore I can no longer make any appointments and need to look elsewhere!!! How can someone call in to cancel an appointment in advance regarding Covid and flu! I work in a hospital where there is Covid and flu and will catch some sort of infection. When you are ill or test positive for covid is when you call in to cancel not a month or two weeks before like I was told in there email!!!! I have emailed them back and complained but heard nothing, very angry and appalled.

I wouldn’t recommend this Dentis for minority people as always they have problems finding Appointment for minorities and also they don’t register minorities it seem like they have some issues with registering new patients or new appointments if you haven’t been to the surgery for couple year they give you false information about waiting list in-fact they never put you on the list.. I don’t know what’s wrong with them. They make you feel like you are a second class citizens.
