Last appointment I attended dentist was not there upon my arrival, I was told they didn't know when she would arrive and there were two people ahead of me to see her, I had come away from work so could not wait, told the receptionist and left, by the time I got back to work the receptionist had left a message on my phone with a follow up appointment which I then phoned to say I did not want, it had been a voluntary hygienist appointment and I did not want to waste my time for a no show by the dentist again, I phoned recently to make a routine appointment to be told I had cancelled my last two appointments and had better not cancel another one, I disputed the fact that they had recorded these incidents as cancellations and they could not have been less interested and did not offer to change this, they said they don't let patients know if a dentist has not shown up and therefore will not be available for you appointment, pretty poor when I had just been warned not to cancel my appointment, and disgusting that no offer was made to rectify your error in my records

Very rude and uninterested dentist. Told me I will have to pay regardless of having maternity exemption. Looked at my teeth for 60 seconds and refused to do a scale and polish even though previously booked
