Accepted me as a patient. Booked me in for Dec 13th. I needed emergency treatment so I asked if it could be brought forward if possible. They booked me in for 17th Nov - Cancelled last minute by email (no phonecall) booked appointment for 21st Nov by email no phonecall just allocated me this slot. Text the morning off 21st to cancel appointment (both appointments cost me money without factoring in any work done). Within 10 mins of this text I received both an email and text saying they are cancelling and have removed me as a patient with no conversation between us. I called and the lady who answered was really hostile. In a way this is a blessing because if they have this little regard for treating people I definitely don't trust them. They were made aware I have dental phobia and anxiety which this has heightened along with remaining in pain. I understand there is pressure on places but that doesn't mean they shouldn't at least treat people with empathy and respect.
