   Visited dentist after 11 months being unable to get regular appointment. Was in there for less than 2 minutes. Sat down, measured the gums, said what teeth were missing and fillings I had then went onto selling me stuff. Cost me £26 for something I could of done over the phone. No clean or detailed inspection. What's the point?

   Having been unable to get seen by an NHS dentist for a couple of years, the excellent receptionist called me with a cancellation. I’m just 20 minutes the dentist expertly assessed me, gave options and removed the tooth. He made me feel completely safe and that he knew exactly what he was doing. Importantly I am now pain free for the first time in months. Excellent dentist.

   The dentists are great and friendly! But the lady who answers the phone and the receptionist maybe the same person is very rude and unhelpful. Perhaps she needs more training. But please do something about it as it makes attending or even booking an appointment unpleasant!
