Rang to arrange a appointment to see my dentist as he works from this practise now, but have been told as its more than 2 years since my last appointment that I could not have a appointment unless I can go private££££ I only ring the dentists for a appointment for emergencies to save capacity for other people, they still even had my records so does this mean iam still registered??? Both my partner and daughter are still registered there too this is a disgusting way to run a health care business!!!

We had booked appointments but they cancelled told us about it the first time, then we went for the next appointment only to be told at the surgery that they cancelled us again, but didn't send a message, husband went today in great pain to book an appointment only to be told that seeing as he'd not seen the dentist, there fault not ours we are no longer on the list so he asked to be put on the list only to be told that they are not taking on anyone as they have an 800 waiting list, if you can avoid at all cost, wishing now that we had gone elsewhere.
