So professional and helpful. I have always found the front desk staff incredibly helpful and caring. They have done everything they can to keep people safe through covid and continue to do so. Thoroughly recommend this practice.

I have been a member of this practice for many years. The staff are wonderful - all very friendly and helpful. Regular appointments take a while to get, but that is to be expected at an NHS dentist. I would definitely recommend this practice.

  4. Review titled Awful, rude and unprofessional

Can’t comment about the dentists, but I had the awful experience of being ‘gate-kept’ and passive aggressively refused access (despite being a healthcare professional) by reception staff who had no understanding of emergency care access. Claiming all communications had to be by email; heaven forbid I didn’t have digital access or other needs. Referred to the branch by NHS111. Appointments we’re described as held behind a slow registration and pay wall, for up to months. This continued whilst I held my own, explained the problem, they eventually listened and then admitted to emergency appointments the next day. I can’t imagine the experience of the timid or vulnerable patient who would be bullied out of the building, in pain, believing that they had to no option but to wait for 4 months.
