Registered today as NHS patient for check up and clean. Friendly helpful reception staff and dentist and nurse were kind considerate and put me at ease. Whole experience was excellent. Thank you

Had a a filling and a week later I’m in complete agony and discomfort I knew something wasn't right. So rang them to get an appointment. They gave me one the following day. I sat and waited for 30 minutes past the time of my appointment as the receptionist asked me to come at a specific time. Then after taking payment with a rude manner said it’s not an appointment it’s a sit and wait and you may be seen at sometime this morning. Appalling service. Will not be returning.

I had a really great experience at Walrus . The dentist was really attentive and empathetic. He put me at ease as I was feeling very anxious . Very polite and understanding . They gave me an appointment pretty quick unlike other surgeries . My overall experience start to finish was great !!

Friendly staff all round, from receptionist to nurses to surgeons. Cannot fault anyone at all, made me feel at ease and safe!

This dental practice is the very best ever.. all staff are courteous kind and informative.. The dentist dealt with my issues in a swift, professional and empathic manner Totally amazing indeed

My little girl is only 1.5 and she can be a handful the dentist was lovely, putting my little girl at ease and making our whole experience worth while. Thank you for looking after us.

My daughter who is 8 has a abscess in her mouth and I’ve tried twice to get in contact with them to see her and today the reception told me (even though we had been with this practice for 7 years) that nobody is registered with this practice and it is their choice if they can see someone or not and they can’t see her until Monday if at all. I was advised to take her to a&e or contact 111, how can a dental practice fail a child who needs care for her teeth and treat people the way they do! I am disgusted with this dental practice and I will never used this surgery again for any of mine or my daughters treatment

I have suffered with a phobia of dentists for many years, This is the only dentist that I have seen that took time to explain things and reassure me. I have now been to this dentist 4 times had teeth extracted with no problem, this is solely down to the care that the dentist has shown and extra time and patience. Highly recommend this practice.

Had a check up , and as usual was a good experience . Big comfy sofas to sit on in waiting room and very spacious . The dentist was very caring and polite . Very attentive and professional . The nurse was very chatty and helpful too , I’m happy they were able to accommodate me
