My family come here and the dentist is amazing! Always carried out with no pain, a good explanation and great follow up, I pray this dentist never goes Private. Also the receptionist is the best I have encountered - So Helpful and Friendly!! Thank you 10/10

I am a patient at Vital family dental care and can’t recommend them enough, it is a very friendly and professional practice who are always helpful. It’s just so nice to go to a dentist that cares. All of the staff are always pleasant, polite and welcoming, along with giving an excellent service.

This is an excellent dental practice and I am delighted with their service. Have been coming here for 5 years+ and always had impeccable service from friendly and cooperative reception team, to skilled hygienist and dentist. Cannot applaud them enough.

We have used this practice for many years and are always well looked after. On this occasion, my wife and I were both treated by a new Dentist, who was very proficient and pleasant. We always find the reception staff to be very helpful and accommodating.

We have been coming to this practice as a family for years, unfortunately today one child out of 3 was unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, I cancelled this prior to attending, while I was in the waiting room, I was called by first name to reception by an extremely rude argumentative receptionist and basically told off and spoken to like rubbish, very unprofessional and no respect or customer care given, Will most definitely look for another dentist. I work with the public and would loose my job if I behaved like her. Considering we book 6 months in advance it’s very hard to predict that day! circumstances change!

No surprise to see other complaints about reception staff and not the first time I’ve had to experience the attitude. Called asking a question regarding a referral for my child and was repeatedly told about my cancellation. It was repeated to me 5 times during the call even when I said it’s not regarding me it’s for my child. I was interrupted several times to hear the same repeated monotone sentence about my cancellation appointment. I carried on talking when I was interrupted the third time to try and get an answer and that didn’t stop the rudeness I received. Shame because the dental staff are wonderful but the need to put the receptionist on a customer service awareness course because it gives the whole of Vital a bad reputation. Very rude and unprofessional.

60 years old with horrible teeth and a Dentist phobia. When the pain I had made me cry and I so needed help these people were brilliant. Reception helped me straight away and on my first visit found them to be charming, wish I could smile like that. The Dentist was so understanding and easy going with me by the second visit I could not justify the phobia. I now have absolute faith in this man and the people around him. Hygienist, what a lovely lady. You saved me from so much pain I cannot thank you enough. I am a very happy patient that has gone from a real phobia to being able to smile. You provide a brilliant and professional service.
