    Dentist cancelled my 9 year old appointment and no alternative arrange , she suffers from abscesses . Been trying to ring since yesterday , rang 36 times yesterday and 13 times today . Nobody answering , or ringing back after leaving messages . Appalled at this dentist . Would not recommend to anyone .

    The practice sent us appointment reminders on Monday 17/10 for the three boys for Thursday 20/10 only to get there, they are closed due to no staff. Telephone is dead. Google search return as “permanently closed”. No communication at all. Prior to that they have cancelled my appointment twice. They called on the day 06/10 that they can’t see me for 5pm coz the practice close at 5.30. They rebooked for 24/10 but they did not send confirmation/reminder of the appointment. After being closed on 20/10 I have tried to ring to check if they re-open but there’s no answer.

    Cannot get through on the phone. Treatment not complete and last 2 appointments cancelled. Last appointment said that computers had failed
