Receptionist was polite and helpful with a smile,which means a lot The dentist herself again was really nice and pleasant and listened and her nurse was friendly too Nice welcoming visit

From the smiling welcome at reception , to the on time appointment , the excellent “bedside manner” of my dentist and the gentle use of the saliva extractor by the dental nurse . All of these things combined to make my visit as comfortable as it could be . Thank you , as always for your staff’s considerate care .

I was greeted by a lovely lady on reception who made me feel extremely welcome. I’ve always had huge fears of the dentist but my current dentist is amazing and I’m grateful to have her.

Whilst the service was good the 55min wait after my appointment time was not. I had stiffened up by the time I was called and had difficulty straitening up and walking properly - yes I am elderly.

Everyone is very kind thoughtful and helpful, particularly our dentist. He explains all procedures carefully and thoroughly. And mostly his work on s pain free.
