I have been a patient at this practice since 1985. In this time there have been many changes in infrastructure and staffing. My overall experience is generally good. However, my current surgeon, with whom I have been a patient for many years now, is excellent. A caring and empathetic health professional. I would reccomend this practice to anyone, notwithstanding the restrictions currently imposed on taking new patients.

Excellent service as ever. I was particularly pleased with how accommodating the admin staff were: I am a teacher and therefore have very limited time when I can visit the dentist. They were able to arrange my appointment during the half term holidays, which was greatly appreciated! Would recommend this practice to others.

Receptionist was pleasant and helpful; I was seen on time. Once I reported a minor problem that occurred at the end of August, I was given the appropriate treatment. It was all very efficient, but friendly.

I have had several procedures in the last year and have received excellent care every time. The dentist is very diligent and has spotted problems before I have experienced any discomfort.

This practice, the dentist and hygienist take excellent care of me, my husband and children. They are kind and professional. They have looked after my children from their first dental visit very gently and are always ready to answer any questions.

Needed an appointment urgently…was offered one a week away. A day later the receptionist rang offering an earlier date as they had a cancellation. Brilliant The dentistry was excellent too.

My dentist aways welcomes me warmly. She told me at once that it was time for my annual x-rays so I knew what to expect. Her check-up was thorough and I was kept fully informed the whole time. I was shown what I need to do to keep gum disease at bay and was delighted that no work needed to be done this time.
