I can’t remember when I came to the practice, but I have always received excellent care, as have all my 4 children. My dentist is a fantastic, she explains what she is doing, offers advice on cleaning and is always professional, but very friendly too. The receptionists are also always chatty, professional and go out of their way to inform you of any time changes, or at my last visit, a slight delay to my appointment. I am extremely happy with everything.

I attended the University of Reading Dental Practice for a regular check up and was pleased to find my teeth were in good order. Once again I was pleased to receive encouragement and advice on regular maintenance of my teeth. The dentist successfully persuaded me to have a dental clean and managed to carry this out there and then. As with all such advice the dentist was very objective in her suggestions and gave a balanced view. Overall, my dentist is good, thorough and the practice is efficiently run.

All staff very helpful, apologise when they had to charge a bit more due to fees going up. Dentist kind very general with my grandchildren.

I’m an extremely nervous patient and my dentist is fully aware…she shows care, compassion and loads of patience. She makes me feel calm and explains everything she is going to do. Empathy and kindness every visit.

This is a lovely dental practice. Everybody is very welcoming and professional and my dentist especially is so kind and caring. Fortunately no treatment was required after an initial check up other than a scale and polish. One very satisfied client.

On this occasion the practice was able to see me at short notice - in fact called me when an appointment became available with my normal dentist. The problem was identified and fully explained and a prescription issued. I couldn’t wish for a better dentist. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

Recently joined the practice and the staff have all been very welcoming & helpful. Made my young son feel at ease when meeting the dentist for the first time.
