I was seen on time, the Dentist was polite and talked to me throughout the session to explain procedure and make sure I was ok.

What stood out : Friendliness of staff, from walking through the door & first contact with receptionist to Dental hygienist & assistant. Very professional & helpful with their advice.

I always find the visit to Unity Mill dental practice a professional and reassuring experience, I am not the best in the dentist but i am put at ease and the dentist I see is always polite and keeps me informed on everything that she is doing.

Excellent care, the staff go above and beyond to put you at ease from reception, treatment and after care ,I am an extremely nervous patient but I have no problem completing to you .

The friendliness and professionalism of the receptionist. The friendliness, professionalism of the dentist plus the dental nurse and also the explanations from the dentist in answer to my questions. All the staff are so good in every aspect which helps to give a calm, reassuring atmosphere to help you know you’re in good capable hands.
