    My daughter was very anxious but the receptionists were friendly and welcomed with smiles. Our dentist was calm, patient and showing my daughter the equipment, he spoke slowly and calmly to her as she was so anxious and nervous. He talked my daughter through each process, I liked that he talked to her as some would have spoken to me and not acknowledged her. The nurse was kind and praised my daughter for being brave this experience left my daughter feeling very proud of herself and happy.

    All the staff are polite and helpful. The dentist takes care when examining and also explains what is going to happen and the reason why
