The new NHS dentist was very lovely, he took x-rays comparing them on the screen to old x-rays. He talked me through my teeth and was very helpful. I hope this one stays longer, seems to be a very high turn around of NHS dentists in the past 3 or so years.

Receptionist rude Dentist didn’t do referral as stated to find out months later he hadn’t done this. My child would have had teeth removed by now. Tried to say we should think about our child’s dental health when it’s Treetops who have failed to do their job. Any negative feedback is removed. Can’t take complaints and reception are rude to patients who wish to complain. Wouldn’t recommend.

Really caring and professional treatment from everyone I met - from Reception Team who guessed/ knew exactly who I was the moment I arrived... And the dentist was superb. Took x-rays and compared them with previous ones... Kept me abreast of all the options going forward.. Top notch. Thanks

My appointment was for 8.00am, so I went to reception at 8.15 wanting to know what was going on only to be told the dentist was stuck in traffic which ironically is the same excuse he used when he was late for my wife’s appointment, I had a meeting planned for 9.15 so I was very close to walking out and it left me very angry

I'm very happy with my Dentist, always letting me know what happening next. I feel he really does care about my teeth,gums situation... highly recommend.

Staff friendly and professional. Normally give a five star rating but slightly disappointed to I find I have been moved to a different dentist without prior warning.

It was my little boys first trip to the dentist with me. He became very upset but all the staff were so patient with me and helped comfort him.

It was easy to book in reception the dentist was very helpful in getting me into his chair he explained to me what condition my teeth & gums were in and he advised another quicker check up
