The reception ladies are very polite, make you feel welcome. The dentist is brilliant, always welcoming. Everything is explained to you as he goes along. One is always put at ease. Such a nice man. My appointment on 2nd February 2025 went well.

Arrived early. Seen early too. Deep clean as booked last week. Quickly done. No problem. Next appointment scheduled and confirmed by text message

They changed my appointment time without consulting me - had text and paperwork saying the one time however the reminder text was 15mins later when I phoned up to query it they basically called me a liar and that the time hadn’t moved. Also they hadn’t filled in the correct information on a referral form so delayed time in getting something sorted

I needed an urgent appointment after breaking a tooth. The practice managed to fit me in next day first thing in the morning. The dentist was fantastic explaining the issue and proposed treatment clearly. I cant thank them enough. They have also been amazing understanding all of my other medical issues that could affect treatment making sure they have everything they need from my cardiologist and other specialists before any treatment. Thank you.

I went today as I had terrible toothache. The dentist and dental nurse were very compassionate and listened to what I had to say, they didn't judge me and gave me advise.

The receptionists were very nice, there were no signs of any cancellations by the dentist unlike my previous dentist where they cancelled my appointment 4 times in a row, the dentist was very nice and very quick no waffling
