I have been with this practice for many years and have always had first class treatment. Today, I required an emergency appointment and was fitted in without problems and my dentist dealt with my issue and arranged the required medication and follow up treatment, most efficiently and in a friendly manner. The reception staff also were friendly and efficient, fitting in my next appointment as soon as was possible andin fact, rang me up shortly after I had left, to bring my appointment forward due to a cancellation, much to my relief. To sum up, an excellent practice with knowlegable, friendly staff and excellent Dental Surgeons.

Hygienist explained everything that she was going to do before doing it. Made sure before starting clean that all I had to was raise my hand if I needed a break. Did a very thorough clean and gave advice on using a brush to get to an awkward fissure.

My dental treatment yesterday was very good. I was well informed about what it would entail and any risks. I was made to feel comfortable and at ease.

Had tooth out all was good and explained what was going to be done, friendly staff, appointment was on time, procedure was done with patient care in mind
