Over the past few years I’ve had regular check ups and procedures done, not all experiences have been good, the complete opposite. From in and out for a check up in under 5 minutes, too a dentist being extremely rude to her assistant in front of me. In one case the dentist didn’t have any safety glasses to use when doing a filling and had a disagreement with another dentist telling them she wanted her set back as there were no others in the practice. On this occasion the dentist and their assistant worked really well together and the dentist listen to me and worked very professionally.

Up to date reminder sent, easy to complete prior to arrival, Was seen on time, dentist and technician both very friendly, gentle, and very informative. I was made to feel very relaxed and at ease, I would not hesitate to recommend if asked.

My crown came out and I called mid afternoon when it had happened to see if they could give me an appointment. It was just before the Easter weekend. They didn't have an appointment but said they would let me know if there was a cancellation. They called me back not long later that afternoon and managed to fit me in. The dentist was excellent and managed to fill in my tooth as could not re fix the crown. Really grateful for them fitting me in last minute and the great service and care I received

I'm a nervous patient, and the dentist was great in putting me at ease. I had a root canal done. The dentist went through everything with me to make sure I was comfortable with the procedure. Great job thank you

Reception team were very welcoming. Dentist team were comprehensive with check up and advice, would highly recommend.

from the moment we walked in the receptionists were so very friendly with beautiful smiles. the dentist and assistant were friendly and caring. after treatment it was like saying goodbye to friends

At my recent and previous appointments I have always found my dentist and dental assistant very professional, for example, when I have required a filling or an x-ray care is taken to explain a procedure before commencing. Also, I have noticed the reception staff are patient, friendly and helpful. I would recommend the practice without hesitation.

My wife & I joined this practice last year, in this time we've both seen the Dentist & Hygienist. We have both received excellent treatment & care on our appointments. I have to say my Hygienist tk is outstanding. She's very thorough, informative, kind & excellent in carrying-out her treatment.

Telephoned about 9.30am for an urgent appointment, was seen 2 hours later when my tooth was extracted. Always have had excellent service from this practice.

First time at this dentist . I can honestly say they were brilliant and supportive and explained everything along with a treatment plan . I’m a nervous patient but they made me feel at ease straight away and the receptionists are so welcoming. Five stars all round .
