I genuinely think this is a great dental practice. My dentist and her dental nurse are always very kind, patient and professional. She always talks me through my treatment options, together with the costs payable. I had my bridge fitted today, after being given a choice of different options. This is a very well run practice, with a strong focus on customer care. Everyone working there is friendly, helpful and professional, from the dentists, the dental nurse and the receptionists. I would thoroughly recommend this superb dental practice.

The receptionists are always welcoming, efficient and it is very pleasant to visit the practice. I feel this at every appointment. The dentist provides great service, he explains the treatment thoroughly and make the patient feel at ease. He did a great job with my painful teeth. Dental nurse are extremely caring. Smile dental has a great team where they support you and treat you with great care. Hence it is a dental practice where you know you are in good hands. Thank you!

The receptionists were good and helpful. The lady dentist was excellent. She spoke clearly and loudly for my benefit. Her knowledge and advice was excellent.

I had to book an emergency appointment as I was suffering with acute toothache. I phoned for an appointment in the morning and received an afternoon appointment. I was seen on time and the dentist was very patient and professional.

Iv got a new dentist. Who was thoughtful with me being nervous. It really helped. I actually came out with a smile for once.

Typically I’m not fond of having dental procedures done, however today with needing a filling done it was a positive experience. Welcoming staff on reception, practitioner and assistant all made me feel relaxed. Very accommodating with any pain relief or questions and communicated the procedure very well.

From the receptionists, to the dentist and assistant, they are very kind and friendly. The dentist was patient with me, and answered all my questions, and clearly explained the process of my treatment.
