All the staff were amazing. Very professional! Very clean! Let alone everything explained in detail to both me and my daughter once braces are on. Really nice to see a busy practice working so good. Well done team

I work at this practice and we have had a busy few weeks due to diary back-logs. I really appreciate how the team have all pulled together but furthermore, how the patient cohort has been so understanding and accommodating. This makes all the difference.

Just had my daughter in the practise to check eligibility and glad to say she was accepted. All staff from reception to specialist were great with me and my daughter fully explaining the next steps and what future appointments would look like. 5* service

My son had an appointment and because they were short staffed they did everything to still see him both the dentists were seeing as many patients as they could see. The nurse and dentist even helped us find another dentist to sort out some decay in my sons tooth. My only feedback would be that when lots of people are sitting in the waiting room the receptionists should watch what they are talking about and there are kids about I work in an office and I would never behave like that and we don’t even have customers about.
