Nice quiet waiting room, receptionist very friendly Dentist good, he asked if i wanted a clean but i do think that is not my place to say. He's the dentist and he should make that decision. Also the dental hygienists didn't have a mask on, and personally i think she should have as she was coughing intermittently.

The dentist was very nice and kind and made me feel welcome and not embarrassed as I usually feel embarrassed to go but the dentist I have is amazing

On arrival my two young children were offered colouring sheets and pens which was really nice. The dentist took time to listen to what was wrong with me and did a thorough exam of my jaw. She then took time to discuss my options and explain them to me.

I went to treat a tooth infection, had an root canal and everything was perfect, the dentist gave me enough information about the procedure , nurse was carefully and nice , the receptionists kind and friendly

Pleasant staff. Very clean and tidy surgery. Quick and easy to make appointments. Text reminder of your appointment. My appointment was right on time. Couldn't fault their service in any kind of way.

Reception was polite enough but i was misled during my booking as my expectation of what was going to happen was different to the experience. I came in for a filing and received a check up from a new dentist i has not seen before and was told my filing wouldn't be looked at by was given the impression they could do the filing at the appointment when i booked. Also i didn't think the dentist and nurse were very personable or welcoming and i didn't think i was being listen to when trying to explain my needs. Left feeling very disappointed with the experience.

Care and consideration of the dentist whilst performing my six monthly check up and a quick clean this is the first time whilst using this dentist that I have received a gentle experience thank you x
