The Dentist cancelled my appointment few months back, saying a new appointment will be arranged, it never was . so I called the Dentist myself to book an appointment but was told they had taken me off their books as I had missed the appointment which is not true, and If I wanted a check up it would need to be as a private patient. Then I read on social media that they have done the same to many other patients demanding they go private. Very shady underhand tactics. shameful

Was having issues with my tooth, I was advised, after xray, there was very little she could do as too much decay so advised removal did it same day, very efficient.

Excellent practice with a genuinely kind and caring team. From the moment you enter the practice you are met by the lovely reception team who on this occasion immediately informed of a slight delay with my appointment and I was kept updated throughout. Once in the surgery the dentist and nurse were kind, friendly and attentive. I was given the opportunity to discuss any concerns I may have and recieved a thourough dental exam. I have always received the highest standard of care from Thurmaston Dental Practice.
