Hi , being a long term NHS patient of this practice, I have nothing but praise and extreme gratitude for the skills of the clinicians and nurses, the reception staff are a joy to deal with..

I was sent here by the Cornwall Emergency Dental Service and I am so very glad that they did! I had cracked a back molar down through the length of the tooth, causing major pain, which was waking me at night and making it hard for me to eat. When the dentist reviewed the xray she said that due to the nature of the crack it might make it difficult to pull it out, as a naturally nervous patient I felt a tremour through my body as she said this! I was absolutely amazed at how well the injections were given, they are always painful, but these didn't seem as bad as most that I have had over the years and while they took effect the dentist and her assistant made conversation to take my mind off what was going to happen. As soon as I told them that it had gone numb and that I was ready for her to try to extract the tooth, closing my eyes and saying to myself, "think nice thoughts!" she seemed to say,"can you bite down on this please?" It had literally taken just a couple of minutes for her to take the tooth out! Probably the least painful extraction that I have ever had, I think this dentist is worth her weight in gold, as if I had had this type of service through my life I would never be as nervous as I am about visiting the dentist. I am now hoping that even though I live an hour and a half drive away from the practice that they will allow me to go on to their books as I need more treatment and would really like to return specifically to this dentist as I was so impressed by her work. I would highly recommend them!
