I don't usually leave reviews but I had an emergency appointment with this dentist yesterday. I was sent here from the nhs emergency dental service and usually I have to go to one appointment to be assessed then wait for a referral etc etc. The lady I saw yesterday had assessed me and whipped my bad tooth out in a matter of minutes. I was in pain when I arrived but from then on I have been completely pain free and I can't thank her enough for her no nonsense approach. She did an excellent job. I had previously been advised that my gum would need to be cut and it was a tricky job etc. She just said shall I take this out for you now and took it out, I couldn't believe how short and simple this procedure was with this dentist, She is very straight to the point, does not faff around. The receptionists are equally as lovely and efficient and were very patient with me on the phone when I had trouble finding them, they were also very welcoming. I wish this were my dentist but unfortunately not, so if it is yours, hang on to them they are good !!

I was extremely nervous and in a lot of pain and the staff were wonderful and put me totally at ease. I'd highly recommend this practice.

I was scared and nearly walked back out of the dentist after arriving but knowing I needed the treatment and that I had gone through the emergency appointment line I thought it best to see it through! The ladies at reception were lovely and very helpful. I got there way to early and saw a lot of people come and go and they were all happy with the treatment they got so my confidence grew as each patient left. When I was called into the dentists room I was greeted by two lovely women and they were very reassuring about getting me fixed that day. I hardly felt any pain during the procedure which was my worse fear, I had a tooth extraction and it was the most painless procedure I'd had at any dentist and the whole experience left me wanted to sign up with the dentist there and then as My other experiences with dentists is what left me without one and having to seek emergency care. I'm so grateful that they could fit me in and help me when i needed them. I would them to be my dentist but I think its out of my area so don't actually know if able to join the practice with not living in the area.

I have been fortunate enough to have been with this practice for many years and that is due to two things; amazing staff and wonderful dentists! From the moment you arrive til the second you leave you feel valued and cared for. You are always treated with respect and understanding. I couldn't ask for more
