   I came from Ukraine, my tooth broke off and fell out, I came to make an appointment, because I can’t call and make a phone call, I don’t speak English, they refused me, writing the phone number on a piece of paper so that I could call him , I said I can’t, I don’t know English, that’s why I came, to which they answered: we can’t help you ask someone ... my sponsor left for 2 weeks, I have no one to ask, it turns out I have to suffer with a toothache and wait 2 weeks until my sponsor arrives and only after that I will be booked in for an appointment?
