I had an extraction yesterday, the oral surgeon and the dental nurse were very kind and reassuring. I was able to have injections without adrenaline as I react to it and had stitches as I have had bleeding in the past. All over quickly, I have a check up with the surgeon in a few weeks time due to the medication I take. The receptionists are really friendly and helpful too. I'm really happy to belong to this dental practice. Also many thanks to my usual dentist there for the very quick referral. I hope this message can be passed on to the relevant people.

From the time we arrived to when we left, I cannot fault anything. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. I had been referred for a difficult extraction and was a little nervous but there was no need to be. Everything was explained and the whole process carried out quickly and professionally. The dental surgeon and nurse were brilliant. I have a follow up appointment for 6 weeks time to check everything is ok. A big thankyou to everyone .

I was referred to Smile Works by my own dentist, for a small surgery procedure on my inner lip. The dental surgeon was very reassuring & caring, his service could not have been better. He then phoned within a few weeks to check on the outcome and to give me results of the biopsy. He, along with the receptionist and assistant team, gave such excellent service and are all a credit to the NHS. I hope my thanks will be passed on to them. As someone who has in the past been a bit nervous of dentists, I can highly recommend this dental surgery for the care they provide.

I have received excellent care of a procedure of tongue surgery. The whole procedure was explained to me, My appointment was quick, also kind and considerate staff who put me at ease during the whole of my appointment. Followed by a phone call in approximately 3 weeks to check on my health and to give me good news about my biopsy results. Thank you to all staff involved for taking best care of my oral health.
