My mother in law has dementia and she was treated with great respect and everything explained to her as we went along

The dentist was very gentle with me when cleaning my teeth because she knows they are very sensitive. When cleaning my teeth, it would have been more beneficial- if she gave me a 1 min break as my jawline, neck opening it too wide consistently for long, hurts. Does ur clinic offer braces treatment to straighten a gap in my front teeth, as they are going upwards. Via email or text can u please rpovode my tips on how to prevent, improve gum disease.

Dentist was friendly and had time for me Running 20mins behind, waiting room heating not on, so freezing cold!

Root canal treatment was not an easy procedure, as expected, I could not comprehend all the information I was given owing to the length of the treatment. Very next day after the treatment- abscess swelling occurred on gum about the treated tooth . In a week time it was too bad - had to take 5 day course of antibiotics, as my next appointment was due in a further weeks time.

Paid for my treatment in full at last visit. Had Covid had to rebook this appointment now told the old treatment had closed and had to pay again, not my fault I was told not to attend with Covid and the first time toy could book me back in was more than 2 months

I found the hygienist extremely thorough, she gave the impression she was working her hardest to ensure my teeth were the best they could be after the session - her instructions to me were also very clear.

Dentist was sympathetic, understanding and clear about advice. The wait time for an appointment is the only disappointment.

Nothing in particular. The Hygienist and her Assistant, job got in with their jobs of cleaning my teeth . No fuss , job done ? The advice of how to improve cleaning my teeth is useful.

My hygienist is really good. Very helpful and informative also a lovely girl with a sense of humour. Receptionists are also good but need to smile a bit more
