I had a lower jaw molar removed. I'm Derbyshire born so it was a tough job for the dentist. My already disintegrating and ill-defined tooth wouldn't budge even a bit. Rather than cut my gum the good Doctor drilled it in two and took it out by halves. He said it was a lot harder than he anticipated. I suspect it was harder for him than me as I thought it went it went swimmingly :) The nastiest parts were my trepidation, the three injections and everyone wishing me luck. Well done Royal Terrace :)

The dentist not sure of name initials jc was fab, and made me feel at ease also they do sedation here so you really don't remember if they were taking on nhs I'd stay with them

Had two wisdom teeth extraction. Was fortunate enough to stumble upon a scheme which allowed my treatment on nhs. The practice picked up my extraction extremely quickly. Both extractions have now taken place- the dentist was extremely efficient. The dental practice was always soo proactive and hard working and busy. I feel like more practices need to run like this to help with the dental crisis. I’m so grateful of everything.

I found this dentist practice good. The receptionist was helpful. The dentist was very kind and informative. He carried out the proceedure with care and understanding, it didn't take as long as I thought it would. He also gave me after care information, which was very helpful.

The dentist we saw was very professional and took the tooth out in about 5 minutes. The only problem we had was the 5 week wait for the tooth to be taken out having been referred by a previous dentist

I was very nervous about going to the dentist but they put me at ease , the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Dentist that did my treatment was very polite and caring. I would definitely be happy to recommend this practice to others .

Found all staff, helpful and polite. On time and efficient. Pleasant atmosphere a very clean environment. Dentist extracted my tooth very efficiently. Stitched my gum so I had no bleeding, as I am on blood thinners. Saw me again in two weeks to make sure of no infection. Was very pleased with the service.

Although it took some time to get the two appointments for assessment and extraction this surgery did an excellent job quickly and efficiently. I am not impressed with my own private dentist not being able to carry out the work which resulted in two forty mile round trips to attend. One of these was before 9am on a Sunday morning. Fortunately the extraction charge was less than the ten minute emergency charge to diagnose the problem giving the pain.

This was an easy and quick process for me. The waiting rooms are nice. The staff were kind, caring and friendly. Honestly everything went as smoothly and quickly as I could have hoped. I would return if I needed to!
