  1. Review titled Reassuring dentists

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Came in feeling hopeless with several issues with my teeth thinking the worst but all of my experiences have been very reasonable, they didn't force anything and seemed very thoughtful and made a point to communicate all the information with me which I've never experienced before. I hope they get a higher capacity on the NHS so more people can be seen.

  2. Review titled A complete waste of my time

Rated 1 star out of 5

I attended for a brief extraction treatment, I was told I needed an X-ray to determine if I had an infection in the tooth preventing me from having it extracted today, 1st X-ray not positioned properly so couldn’t actually see the bad tooth but the one next to it, The dentist went on to say that he would still give me antibiotics even though he had not seen the actual bad tooth via X-ray, I was then told they did not have correct equipment to do a high definition X-ray on my teeth. Which absolutely baffled me to be honest. So I was then asked if I would like second X-ray to which I replied yes.. that’s why I’m here.. to find out if I can have my tooth removed. Finally we got a correct X-ray. With a view of the bad tooth, the dentist actually said himself that there is no infection, no dark shadow around the tooth. However still went on to prescribe me a weeks worth of medication for what can only be described as no visable infection. I found the whole experience today very frustrating, I don’t believe what was said to me today. The whole experience felt amateurish from the very beginning, from the dental surgeon working reception to the dentist giving me antibiotics for something that is not there. I will not be returning and if your reading this, I would try another dentist if I were you

  3. Review titled Great practice. Dentists take time to explain things.

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I know getting an NHS dentist is very hard and I am grateful to have been a regular patient here for many years now. Ever time I come for my check up the dentist is very thorough and makes sure to explains things thoroughly. Last time I saw him I arrived early and was welcomed right in to the room. He talks me through everything on the Xrays at the end of the session as well which is really educational. It has been a family business since it started , I used to see his mum! I really cannot recommend their service and care enough.

  4. Review titled Just interested in making money

Rated 1 star out of 5

Just interested in making money. No interest in patient. I lost my job and asked them to put me down as a NHS appointment. Dentist told me there was a two year waiting list. The secratery at the time told me that was not the case and wait times were very much shorter. This meant that the dentist lied and just wanted me as a private patient. This is very very unethical behaviour from the dentist in my opinion They also entice people to provide positive reviews on the web but I refused to do that and provided an honest one.
