It was my 4 year old first dentist appointment, he was really nervous but the dental nurse and dentist really put him at ease.

I’m 72 years old and experienced dentistry of that era which left a lot to be desired. My visit to Orwell dentist was a very. reassuring appointment, I was treated with patience and understanding.

All staff are friendy, helpful and treatments very good. I lost a piece of tooth and was seen the next day and the reception staff were very good and the dentist and assistant excellent. I have been at the practice for many years and consider it an extremely good service.

Not easy to get a near or same day appointment. Never seen the same dentist twice. Poor service just obviously worried about charging the highest prices they can. Quite abrupt receptionists with poor attitude. Conveyer belt care. Avoid at all costs.

However, despite our best efforts to provide continuous care for our patients, unfortunately it is not always possible for a patient to see the same dentist, as various circumstances can mean it is not always possible. We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service that you received at our practice and would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Had a great experience visiting the dentist today. The dentist explained what was going to happen and during the procedure, the nurse held my hand offering that extra care and comfort which is very much appreciated. Thankyou
