    Never had any issues with the practice. Always managed to get appointments within a reasonable amount of time. The practice is clean and the staff are friendly. I accompanied my mum today and the appointment went great, however when we got to reception we were disappointed. One of the receptionists was perhaps arguing or discussing something very loudly in front of us with another colleague. This seemed very unprofessional as it was about personal matters and foul language was used. This is not something we expected from staff who are greeting patients and who work at the front of the house!

    What has happened to this practice, seriously deteriorated The service is very poor other dentist don’t want to see you if u have problem Just get fobbed off Having to go private to sort out issues that should have been fixed on NHS I don’t recommend this place just as bad as others in the area

    I could not rate this dentist enough 10/10. They are so caring when it comes to a nervous patient like myself. I went in petrified and tearful but the staff and the dentist calmed my nerves and helped my through the process. There was no rush, they just took their time until I felt comfortable. Everything was explained from start to finish. The care of this practise is above and beyond, I would highly recommend to anyone, nervous or not. I cant thank them enough for helping ease my nerves. Thank you so much to the dentist and all the staff for all their care and time taken to reassure me.

    Came in for treatment had a poor filling placed still in pain dentists are rushing in and out fast poor care didn’t seem experienced Won’t be back avoid

    I've tried phoning, leaving messages, sent email and sent SMS but all to no avail. What is happening? I only want confirmation of my referral to Birmingham dentist
