I phoned the surgery to book in for a routine advised by my lovely dentist .I phoned the surgery to book in for a routine checkup, expecting a few months wait. Mentioned to the receptionist that I had broken a tooth in the last few weeks, but that it wasn’t painful. Explained that I didn’t need an emergency appointment, but would appreciate an earlier appointment as I wasn’t sure if the tooth would give me trouble. She offered an appointment for the next day as there was a cancellation. I am very impressed and grateful with the service I have received. Reported infection, got appointment the next working day, recommended extraction was performed a few hours later. After anaesthetic wore off I experienced no pain at all. Excellent!
