Very patient and understanding with my daughter who has been a long term patient and doesn't like the dentist,but has still got good teeth thanks to todays, and previous treatment

On 27th March a new crown was fitted and im very pleased with the service, the speed my matter was dealt with and the efficiency and friendliness of all staff at the practice. The cost of the proposed work was clearly presented in writing before i accepted the treatment. I recommend The Lakes Dental Surgery and also refer my family.

Good service, friendly, obliging, thorough, accomodating, helpful, caring, available at short notice appointments. Two fillings and a crown fitted. Descaled as well. Three sessions for this.

I am an extremely nervous patient, having had childhood traumas over dental experiences, however the dentist at this practice is kind, caring patient and extremely professional. He talks through the whole procedure and clearly explains preventative care to allow me to have healthy teeth and gums. I am given regular appointments in order to be able to maintain high oral hygiene standards. The appointments fit in with my work schedule. All my appointments have been on time and I have never felt rushed. I know exactly what the band pricing involves as this is clearly displayed in the waiting room. All the staff are polite and friendly and cheerful and I am never kept waiting. The waiting area is kept clean and smells fresh and I feel that this dentist and his team give me confidence, that if I did have a problem, I could phone them and they would help. I am extremely grateful that they take such great care, and do such a wonderful job. Being at the dentist surgery isn't my favourite place.. but this practice most definitely keep me calm and do a great job. I can't thank them all enough.

Dentist did what he said needed doing with patience as not a place I like to be plus extra. Good dentists are really rare these days

The dentist has seen me through 2 different abscesses. The dentist is clear and very patient. He has put my trust back into dentists. My appointments are always on time. The dentist cares about my dental health. The dental nurse is also very efficient and they work well as a team.

I had an old filling come out last Thursday. Telephone answered promptly and was given an appointment for today, Monday 7th August. I was seen on time and my filling was put back in. Cannot ask for better attention. Thank you.
