Very modern practice, very clean and professional, friendly receptionists, mostly timely appointments (most I had to wait was 15 mins over which is absolutely fine in my book, and that was once out of four so far, last one I got called in a few mins early which was a first for me) and most importantly fantastic treatment. The dentist who treated me was extremely professional throughout, explained every process in detail, and I never felt rushed, she took the time to patiently answer all my questions. Absolutely would recommend!

As a new patient I am very impressed with the care and overall professionalism at this dentistry practice. The staff are very polite and pleasant to speak to, giving good solid advice and help. Well done.

I attended the surgery for a check up. Cost £29.50. The dentist examined my teeth and then told me how much. The whole process took less than 5 mins. It seems all they are doing is seeing how much money the can make The Dentist had about people skills as a petrol pump. When I went to pay at reception. I was asked if I wanted to book further appointments. No thank you was my reply.

Very clean and tidy practice. Was seen quickly and put at ease. All staff are very polite and welcoming.

I've been petrified of dentists since I had a bad experience as a teenager. Well I finally plucked up the courage to go and the dentist was great and made me feel at ease and has set out a treatment plan to follow going forward. I would definitely recommend going here

Great service. Staff were super friendly and the dentist did a great job. Another dentist told me I needed a crown for a lot of money but these guys sorted me out. Couldn't be happier

Good communication prior to appointment. Very short waiting time. Kept well informed during the treatment. Dentist had a very calming and caring manner.

Was advised in the appointment I had been removed as an NHS patient due to cancellations. This was the first time I had been informed, reception never advised during calls in which I rescheduled appointment's due to work commitments. I was never warned this may be the case, I made a conscious effort to rearrange appointments when I had no alternative - I have been treated as if I simply did not show up. The dentist did not seem willing or able to help, no advise offered as to how I rejoin as an NHS patient. Just simply repeating we are not taking on any new NHS patients. Forced to pay private rates for a checkup and XRAY at double the NHS price, pressure selling at it's finest. The reception team are immature and unprofessional. It's difficult receiving any sort of dentistry these days so likely to be stuck with this one until an alternative becomes available.
