First issue was appointment ran 20 mins late. Secondly the check up was the fastest ever. Was this not of usual thorough standard? Not an issue with the dentist, she was lovely, but has she been instructed to rush through? Is the job being done properly?

Friendly reception staff and dental assistants. Both my dentist and hygienist give me a thorough exam with helpful advice. Been a patient here for over 40 years and never had cause for complaint.

2/4 of the receptionists were having inappropriate conversation (to which another lady who was sat next to me noticed also) and just had overall poor attitudes. My partner came in after me to make an appointment and also commented when I got home about how unprofessional they were, weren’t helpful at all with his questions. I then had to query why I was waiting 40 minutes past my set appointment slot to be told my scan was cancelled whilst I was there ‘as it wasn’t needed’. No one had told me this until I had approached reception! Overall a terrible and frustrating visit!

While I was waiting, it sounded as though holiday fever had broken out in one of the rooms! The young employees were having a high old chatty time! This stood out for me ... but definitely not in a good way.

The simplicity of the procedure What didn’t stand out for me was 8 minutes delay in getting in to my 14.45 appointment.

I had an appointment for a check up and update on my ongoing treatment. The dentist explained everything clearly and concisely and made sure I was happy with my dental plan. Recently my dentist has changed from NHS to being Private and all was explained to me with no pressure and plenty of time to decide. I decided to go Private as payment options are available for various dental treatments. I rate my dentist very highly and recommend The Elms Dental Practice 100% ??????????

The staff were very helpful with my mum and dad! Also i needed to book an appointment for myself and they saw me that day which was great as i have rlo have regular check ups because of my having cancer treatment!!

Hygienist felt passionate re job & explained how & why to do certain things, something that you don't see/hear much these day's & treatment was superb

The only thing that is ever a problem at The Elms is the lack of parking. I always try and get there about 15mins early as then usually someone will be finished and i can have their space. Staff and my dentist are always helpful and professional.

Bit of a wait for appointment 09.15, in at 09.45 but it was a emergency appointment, good quick service after I got seen.
