Although I still have high respect for this Dental Centre, getting through on the phone has become a nightmare. Need to get another appointment for my husband as you have cancelled his appointment on 8th April. He had to come into town to arrange that appointment as we tried for 2 days to get through on the phone, even left a message to no avail

check up for the wife and myself.We were seen on time the dentist was very pleasant in fact all the staff were nice,would recommend

I’ve been coming to this practice since I was a child, over 20yrs and it has gone massively downhill since they changed hands . They are now awful at keeping appointments, constantly rearranging them- even on the day! I’ve had over 4 appointments rearranged. You wait 20mins+ when you get there for your appointment, but if you are a few minutes late, they will not let you in. They push private treatments onto patients, with extortionate prices. One receptionist was unnecessarily rude. If NHS dentistry wasn’t in such a mess I would move dentists. Avoid if you can.

had a bad experience at the dentist today. I had an appointment to clean my teeth every year and see how they are because I have problems with my gums and because the situation got worse, I told the doctor that I wanted her to remove the tooth that was no longer attached to my gums, and she instead of solving my problem, she started to explain why I'm starting to fall, and after ten minutes of talking, she said she's done, the time has expired for you to make another appointment. How is it possible to have an appointment at Dental Center Doncaster, an appointment only to go and have them speak to you and leave, I have been a customer there for so many years and I am very dissatisfied

I have been with this dentist since I was a child,been messed about all the time, was told to get my teeth removed from montagu hospital after returning back for dentures to be fitted they said they can not see me as I was 5 minutes late even though the receptionist on the phone stated it was fine. Both me and my partner was sent away and was told never to return as they will be removing me from there patients list, left me with no teeth, no dentist and swollen gums.

My appointment was for 14:30pm after 46 minutes I asked the receptionist how much longer. To just be told 'you will be seen soon'. My son had an appointment that was 30 minutes later and was seen before me. When I asked the receptionist again her explanation was ' it's a different dentist '. After waiting an hour and 10 mins I was finally seen, to be told by the dentist, 'she wasn't aware I was waiting '. So I can only deduce that the receptionist just didn't book me in. However no apology no explanation, just a blank expression. It really has been an absolute let down. I have been coming to this dental practice for 37 years and I never received such a service that involves so many disinterested people, with such 'i don't care' attitudes, and before any one tries to blame the COVID pandemic. I work for the NHS and we don't make people wait this long in a and e without some acknowledgment. I think if the receptionist had just apologised for her error, the situation could have been much improved.

I have been with this practice for years. Over the last week I have required two emergency appointment. The practice have managed to fit me in on both occasions and I have received the best care. I am not a dentist fan and the dentists here have supported me over a number of years. I have had to wait but that is to be expected when I don’t have a routine appointment. Amazing service. Thank you so much
